What single challenge or issue should be the Richmond City Coalition's focus?

During the Richmond City Coalition's last meeting, we each took turns and explained what we felt was the single most challenging issue facing Richmond that the City Coalition should rally the city's diverse community stakeholders around.

Below is a list of the issues that the attendees of our September 11th meeting mentioned. Please review the list below and respond to this post. In your response, add to our list with a different issue or endorse an issue already named.

*Poverty
*Hispanic Relations with the Police
*Intercultural Relations
*Transportation
*The city government building trust with residents
*Activities and teamwork amongst community organizations
*Foster parents and child placement
*Community Involvement--Information, establishing trust, eliminating language barriers
*Immigration Reform
*Access to technology, i.e. computers, internet, email

*Better information sharing practices amongst community organizations
